Terms and Disclaimer
Last updated:
By using Outdoor Project Planner (the “site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Estimates only
The planners give estimates based on the measurements and assumptions you enter. Actual quantities depend on the product, moisture, compaction, ground conditions and how you install. Results are not exact and are not a quote.
Check with your supplier
Before ordering, confirm quantities, bag sizes, coverage, yields and densities with the product labels and your supplier.
No professional advice
The site does not provide engineering, structural, drainage, safety or building-code advice. It does not recommend depths, base designs, post depths, spacing or other design choices. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions, check local requirements and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Before you dig
Before digging, contact your local utility-locating service (811 in the US).
No warranty
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its results.
Advertising and third-party links
The site may show advertising from third parties and may link to other websites. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party ads, products, services or websites. An ad or link is not an endorsement.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, design, illustrations and code are owned by Outdoor Project Planner unless stated otherwise. You may print or save shopping lists and results for your own projects. You may not copy or republish the site’s content in bulk without permission.
Changes
We may change these terms or the site at any time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
